What is the ULW10 Founder Gift?

Every eligible ULW10 Founder will receive an exclusive mini ULW10 collectible, created especially for our earliest supporters.Each Founder Gift features:

  1. A miniature ULW10 design
  2. A unique serial number
  3. A randomly selected color.

The color cannot be selected or exchanged based on color preference.
Is my $5 Founder Reservation refundable?

Yes. Your $5 Founder Reservation is fully refundable until your Founder Gift has been shipped.

If you change your mind, decide not to back ULW10 on Kickstarter, or cancel your Kickstarter pledge, you may request a refund of your $5 reservation before the Founder Gift ships.

Once your Founder Gift has been shipped, the $5 reservation is no longer refundable.
Do I need to use the same email address on Kickstarter?

Yes. Please use the same email address for your Founder Reservation and Kickstarter pledge so we can match your records and verify your Founder benefits.

If you accidentally use a different email address, please contact us before Founder benefits are processed and we'll help verify your reservation.
How do I unlock $30 OFF on Kickstarter?

Your $5 Founder Reservation unlocks $30 OFF your ULW10 Kickstarter purchase.Here’s how it works:

  1. Back ULW10 on Kickstarter using the same email address you used for your Founder Reservation.
  2. Choose and complete your preferred eligible Kickstarter reward.
  3. After the campaign successfully ends, we’ll verify your pledge.
  4. Once verified, $30 will be refunded to the original payment method used for your Founder Reservation.
What happens if I don't back ULW10 or cancel my Kickstarter pledge?

If you don't back ULW10, cancel your pledge, or your Kickstarter payment is not successfully completed, you will not be eligible for the $30 Founder refund or Founder Gift.

You may still request a refund of your $5 Founder Reservation, provided your Founder Gift has not been shipped.
When will I receive my Founder Gift?

Your Founder Gift will be shipped together with your eligible ULW10 Kickstarter reward during fulfillment.

We'll share fulfillment updates with Founders as the project progresses.
When will refunds be processed?

There are two different types of refunds:

  1. $5 Reservation Refund
    If you cancel your Founder Reservation before your Founder Gift has shipped, your $5 will be refunded to your original payment method.
  2. $30 Founder Refund
    After the Kickstarter campaign successfully ends and your eligible pledge has been verified, we'll process your $30 Founder refund to the original payment method used for your Founder Reservation.

Please allow up to 14 business days after verification for processing.
