We are committed to delivering your order quickly and transparently. Below you’ll find our standard processing times, regional delivery windows, and tracking & support details.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Warehouse hours: Mon–Fri.

Shipping Cost & Delivery Time

Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time. Costs and carriers vary by region — see regional cards for details.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Allow 24–72 hours for carrier tracking to update. For long-distance shipments, tracking updates may be intermittent.

United States

Carrier: FedEx · Delivery: 3–5 business days
Exclusions: AK, HI, CO, PR, GU
P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO / DPO not supported

EU Countries

Germany, France, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Poland, Spain, Italy. Delivery 6–12 business days. Shipping is free from our EU warehouse. Carriers: DHL / DPD / GLS.

Long-Distance International

UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Portugal. Estimated delivery: 50–70 days (8–10 weeks). Carriers: international postal/logistics partners. Tracking updates may be slower.

Switzerland

Air shipping · Delivery 7–15 business days · Shipping cost calculated at checkout

Shipping Location Availability

We ship to the United States, selected European countries, and a number of long-distance international destinations. Some regions may be restricted due to carrier limitations.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery timeframe, email support@unico-usa.com. We will coordinate with the carrier and update you promptly.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Customs & Import Duties

International shipments may incur customs duties or import taxes set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
