SHIPPING POLICY

1. Currently the country we can deliver to is the United States. (Does not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico)

We always try our best to make every shipment on time to ensure that we provide our customers with the best shopping experience.

2. How long will it take to receive the goods after payment?

( 1 ) Order processing time: Usually 1 working days.

It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service. Generally, orders are shipped within 1 working days of order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends might experience delays.
Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

( 2 ) Shipping time: usually 1 working days.

In general, the estimated delivery time is only 5~8 working days (including order processing time). Due to COVID-19, delivery time may be longer.

3. Tracking.

  • You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
  • Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to update.
  • If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.

 

4. Delivery Time Exceeded

International shipping might experience delays due to covid-19. If your order is delayed, we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.

 

5. Order Cancellations

  • We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment is finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money. (you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, and Refunds will arrive in your account within 2-10 working days)
  • Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.

How do I know my package has shipped and is on its way?

When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your order will be processed and when it's ready to leave our warehouse you will receive a second email with tracking information for your shipment. When will my pre-order ship?

Pre-ordered products will ship when the product becomes available. You will be notified by email if the anticipated release date has changed or when your product has shipped. 

 

Taxes, Customs, & Duties  

Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import duties, tariffs, and taxes If the package is checked by your country's customs office when the item arrives in your country. Please email us at support@unico-usa.com to request the customs invoice.
